Strategic, Business-Oriented IP Counsel
Clients turn to Nancy for her strategic insight and ability to manage complex IP portfolios across jurisdictions. For more than 10 years, she served as Special Counsel for a global real estate company, where she worked to develop and execute the company's trademark and brand enforcement strategy. In this role, she was responsible for enforcement actions, domain name protection, and cross-border disputes—building a cohesive, value-driven approach to IP that aligned with broader corporate goals. Earlier in her career, Nancy practiced at prominent law firms Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, where she gained substantial experience in complex IP litigation. She handled cases in federal court as well as administrative proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, cybersquatting, patent infringement, and related disputes.

Extensive experience guiding clients through trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Manages contested proceedings including oppositions and cancellations before the TTAB, and provides strategic advice on preventing infringement and maintaining brand strength. - Trademark Portfolio Management:
Oversees large-scale trademark portfolios, with attention to brand consistency, market expansion, and cost-effective protection strategies. - Domain Name Protection & Disputes:
Advises on domain name acquisition, policing, and enforcement, including proceedings under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP). Helps clients protect digital brand assets against cybersquatting and fraudulent use. - Patent Litigation & Technical IP Matters:
As a registered Patent Attorney with a B.S. in Engineering Physics, Nancy brings a strong technical foundation to IP matters involving complex technologies. Her litigation background enables her to advise clients effectively in disputes.
